Dorset Magician Magic by Alfie wants a win at The Wedding Industry Awards 2025 and has been announced as a Regional Finalist in the hotly fought Magician category with the aim of being recognised as the best in the South West.

Alfie, Magician at Magic by Alfie, expresses that the Wedding Industry Awards represent the utmost achievement in industry recognition and that it is truly a privilege to participate. These awards rely entirely on reviews from current wedding clients and are evaluated by a panel of industry specialists.

The first step on the road to National glory will be a triumph at the Regional Awards event in November. Here, the companies that have received the best feedback from their clients and have caught the eye of the expert Judging Panel will be crowned Regional Winner in November, before progressing to the National Finals in January 2025.

Additionally, Alfie has earned recognition in the magic community, receiving two awards this year (one for close-up magic, the other for stage) from his local magic club, the Wessex Magical Association. Alfie hopes to end the year on a high with a win in the Wedding Industry Awards!

We met Alfie at a wedding fayre at harbour hotel Christchurch. I have always been a been sceptical of magicians but he did two tricks for us and Charlie and I were saying let’s book! We had no second thoughts. We kept Alfie a surprise for our wedding so guests had a nice surprise for the drinks ceremony and wedding breakfast.
